An excellent experience, the staff is very attentive to all customer needs. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Poblado, full of bars and restaurants and safe. The room is cozy, with advanced technology and very clean. A truly perfect stay, they even offered us a welcome cocktail on the terrace overlooking the entire city. The breakfast is excellent and typical. I recommend this hotel.

The Sloh Hotel is inspired by the way of life of Salomón Ochoa Betancourt lifestyle, who was born in Medellín in September 2005 and passed away at only 18 years old, in July 2024, in a tragic traffic accident on the highways of Colombia’s Atlantic coast. His life, all too brief, was a beacon of joy, love, and simplicity that illuminated everyone who had the fortune of knowing him; he loved Medellín deeply and felt proud of his city and his country, convinced that he lived in the best place in the world.
Salomón always believed that simplicity makes happiness something reachable, a path rather than a destination. His passing left an immense void, but his legacy endures; he taught us to live with simplicity, to always see the best, to love unconditionally, and to seek happiness in the little things, among others. That is why the Sloh Hotel wants to pay tribute to him in every detail. As Sloh used to say: “If you pay attention, you will see that all the good already surrounds you.”
